After getting this toilet installed and used, we love it. So, to start with the good, this toilet looks super sharp with the black all around ceramic body. Did I mention its fully ceramic? Its HEAVY. Make sure you have 2 people to move and install, you won’t be able to do this by yourself. The toilet is well made and works really well. Also, once we figured out how it worked (because the instructions were useless), the toilet seat connectors and actual connection points are a pretty ingenious design!! The seat pins install from the top, so no need to reach around and blind screw things together, and there are literally 2 silver buttons on the seat that you press to release the seat from the pins. Super simple and clever design. Now the bad: If you are swapping out an existing toilet for this one, be prepared to move some water lines. 2 very important things to note: the center of the toilet drain in your floor MUST be 12 inches minimum away from the wall. Any closer and this toilet won’t fit. Second, its important to recognize where your existing water line comes in to the bathroom. While the full “wraparound” design of the toilet is awesome, it may completely cover up your water line/shutoff valve if it comes through the wall behind the toilet, or if it comes up through the floor, it may sit directly on top of it. We had to move where the water line entered the floor, so be prepared for an additional plumbing project! However, like I said before, after getting it installed, fantastic toilet, very comfortable to use, and looks really nice in the bathroom.
