It had great packaging and arrived safe! I am handicapped and 73 years old and the added height is a bonus since I had recent back surgery! The elongated bowl is another bonus! Build quality is first rate and my plumber said it was the nicest toilet he ever put in! He was going to get three for his house! Quiet flushing with less water and super easy to clean! AAAA+ PRODUCT!
We ordered this Los Flexi 2 piece comfort height toilet to replace a dated and well used builder grade model. This was packed very well and contained pretty much all you need for a standard 12” rough in installation. I needed a few common tools and a level along with some shims (I set this toilet on uneven tile), a new supply line from the shut off valve to the toilet tank, and caulk. The components are quality made items. It uses a flapper type flush system at 1.28 gals per use. It does have a nice slow close seat with metal detailed hinge covers included. The flush handle included has a chrome finish. The instructions for assembly and installation are very clear. This type of toilet design doesn’t change the common installation process, it’s exactly the same. I just have to caulk it yet but the install went very smoothly. It works fine and is quieter and faster than the one I replaced by far. My wife mentioned that cleaning the base-forward of the mounting bolts but behind the outer detail-could be a challenge for some folks, but it’s still accessible for cleaning. The rest is a breeze to clean. We are very happy with this toilet. It is a great upgrade to our guest bathroom. This has a 2 year limited warranty and was made in China.
Somehow, I like this type of toilet.
But.
The weight is something that stands out. To me, it feels much heavier than comparable toilets. Maybe that’s a good sign.
The item comes very well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. It’s surrounded by Styrofoam, which is better for me. If you don’t like it, that’s fine. It saves me a lot of space.
All the necessary components are included. No need to make an extra trip to the hardware store.

Although a water fill supply line is not included the kit does come with 1/2 inch fill valve adapter if you choose to use a non standard (7/8 inch) supply line. Installation is very straightforward with a pre assembled “guts” of the toilet tank. Overall I’d recommend this versatile toilet.
This sleek design in the front makes this toilet very easy to clean the exterior and with the more traditional open rear base makes it easy to access and install the bolts into the floor. The 17” height is great for older and taller people. The oval shaped bowl makes it a little more user friendly for males. Installation is simple especially with the separate tank making it light enough to hold up and line up the bolts quickly. Flush noise is average.
This toilet uses only 1.27 gallons per flush, which is fantastic, it flushes incredibly effectively. Everything just disappears cleanly with one flush. No double-flushing, no streaks left behind – just powerful, efficient cleaning every single time.
The other massive win is how quiet it is! The flush mechanism is super quiet – no loud whooshing or clanging. If you’re up in the middle of the night, you can flush without worrying it’ll sound like a jet engine taking off and wake up the whole house. My family definitely appreciates that!
Honestly, it’s just a really well-made, comfortable toilet. It does its job perfectly, saves precious water. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this if you’re looking for efficiency, quiet operation, and a powerful flush. It’s worth every penny!
