This is one of the best toilets I’ve ever used. Installation was a breeze. It’s basically fully assembled when it arrives. What makes it better is the after sales service from los flexi. I’ve never seen such quick response and resolution! We are VERY satisfied! In fact, we ordered 2 more 19″ units!

The toilet came well packaged in styrofoam. Nothing was broken with how well it was packed. It came with everything including instructions. Assembly was simple. My friend who has installed hundreds of toilets said he love it.
