We were looking for a wall mounted toliet for our bathroom renovation to go into a separate closet. This takes up less room and looks great. A couple of things we found problematic. The instructions are geared towards installation within metal studs and anchored into brick walls. We were able to communicate with customer service to get the proper rough in instructions from the Los Flexi. You will need a 2×6 wall for clearance. There are several different outlets you can configure for where your water lines come into the wall unit, but there is nothing in the included instruction manual. One thing that you will need to figure out yourself is seat height as there are no measurements from the bowl to the mounting rods. Make sure you open and read all instructions before you get into the installation. Measure everything for your installation. The seat height is set to comfort height from the factory, but it is from the floor to the seat. The support was great. this wasn’t your average install, the black drain pipe that attaches to house drain was set up for 4″ pipe and mine was 3″ OD 3 1/2 I was able to cut back drain pipe as it reduced to 3 1/2 OD and connect it that way to the house drain and it turned out great! Tip: when you hook up the water line you can remove the quick connect fitting inside the tank to expose the brass inlet this will allow you to use your plier to hold that end when you tighten up the fitting the top. just make sure that its FULLY connected when you re-install. you will need to remove some other parts as well but it wasn’t that difficult to figure it out. I will post more when I complete the installation of the toilet. Hope this Helps!

The support was great. this wasn’t your average install, the black drain pipe that attaches to house drain was set up for 4″ pipe and mine was 3″ OD 3 1/2 I was able to cut back drain pipe as it reduced to 3 1/2 OD and connect it that way to the house drain and it turned out great! Tip: when you hook up the water line you can remove the quick connect fitting inside the tank to expose the brass inlet this will allow you to use your plier to hold that end when you tighten up the fitting the top. just make sure that its FULLY connected when you re-install. you will need to remove some other parts as well but it wasn’t that difficult to figure it out. I will post more when I complete the installation of the toilet. Hope this Helps!
