The quality is oustanding and it was very simple to install as everything that I needed was included. I couldn’t wait to reach out to the plumber of my choice to come install my new toilet, not just a toilet, it is a Pressure Assisted Tall Toilet. I have been wanting to upgrade to a tall toilet, so when this one in particular toilet with Pressure Assist and 1.0 gallon per flush came up, I jumped on it. The 2 big boxes could not be more insulated, they both showed wrinkle corners indicating they were tossed around. I quickly opened them up, nary a scratch on either. What impressed me more that inside the box was a card saying that if there were any damaged items, to reach out to a phone number and they would ship the replacement overnight. Plumber came in, quickly installed it and did some preliminary flushes, all was well. My wife flushed it for the first time and startled her because of the pressure sending the trial paper like a rocket. The toilet height is great, easier for us two over 70-year-young ones to get on/off. We are very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone wanting to upgrade. I will not hesitate on choosing this Los Flexi toilet again.
