We were impressed with the two-year warranty and having all parts for assembly included in one package.

I love it and it’s easy on the knees because of the height. The flushing sound is fairly quiet but powerful. It comes with a complete installation kit for easy installing. Overall, It looks elevated and modern in the bathroom.
Extremely good quality, perfect height for me. Never realized having a toilet this high would be so convenient. Wife broke leg and we were using a toilet seat riser until i installed thos toilet. Very nicely made. Buying another for upstairs bathroom.
This toilet is extra tall so it makes it easier for anyone with problems standing and sitting. Soft close lid means you don’t get scared when it slams down.
the Los Flexi Chair High 2 peice toilet with Soft Close seat . the Los Flexi arrived very well packed in Styrofoam . the Los Flexi came with a Standard Toilet Wax Ring with Plastic Horn. my prefer type of toilet wax ring . the Los Flexi was easy to install and is a 12 inch floor flange toilet . everything needed for the installation is included except a water supply line . there was also a adaptor to attach A ⁷/₈″ to ¹/₂″ fill valve adapter if needed. the Los Flexi toilet is well designed and straight forward to install.
If you’re looking for a solid, ADA-height option, this 17.9-inch two-piece toilet is a dependable choice. Right out of the box, I was impressed with how well-packaged it was; everything arrived in perfect condition with no chips or cracks.
The installation was straightforward, and I particularly liked the way the seat attaches. It uses a bolted-on anchor system for the lid that feels much more secure than the plastic clips you find on cheaper models. Or when you have to hold a nut on the bottom while screwing on the top. Speaking of the lid, the soft-close feature is a great touch—it’s quiet and prevents any accidental slamming, which is a nice “premium” feel for a functional fixture.
One critical tip for anyone DIY-ing this: pay close attention to the bolts that hold the tank to the bowl. In my experience, these need to be tightened significantly more than other toilets to ensure a leak-free seal. Don’t be afraid to give them a little extra torque, or you might find a slow drip later. But also be careful because you don’t want to break any of the ceramic
The 1.28 GPF single flush is efficient, though I do have one minor gripe: I wish the water level in the bowl was a bit higher. A larger water surface area would definitely help keep the bowl cleaner between flushes.
Other than that, it’s a toilet—it looks clean, the height is comfortable, and it gets the job done reliably.
