This was shipped to my house and arrived in great shape. It was very simple to unpack and straight forward. The tank bolts and nuts were already started where they go and not just a bag of hardware to figure out where they go. Attaching the tank to the bowl was very easy. Then attaching the assembled toielt to the flange on ground was also easy. I really liked the seat hardware…. most hardware has to reach around the bottom to hold a nut, but i didn’t even have to do that.
The slow close lid was a bonus that I forgot about.
This is very nice toilet and highly recommend
When selecting a throne height is important, this Los Flexi is nice and tall, even taller than my already tall throne, I’m moving up!
Overall this is a pretty standard toilet. Few new nice features I noticed.
1. It has a standard flapper vs the cylinder of some other brands. I consider this a positive as I personally don’t like the other style.
2. Wingnuts! The tank attachment screws come with wing nuts, way better than trying to get a wrench behind and under the toilet to tighten standard nuts.
3. Seat is a soft close seat, always appreciated.
It looks like a toilet, acts like a toilet and works like a toilet. At the end of the day it flushes out the waste and after all that’s why we love our porcelain thrones!

I love it and it’s easy on the knees because of the height. The flushing sound is fairly quiet but powerful. It comes with a complete installation kit for easy installing. Overall, It looks elevated and modern in the bathroom.
Extremely good quality, perfect height for me. Never realized having a toilet this high would be so convenient. Wife broke leg and we were using a toilet seat riser until i installed thos toilet. Very nicely made. Buying another for upstairs bathroom.
