The toilet is really high quality but I bought one that had the wrong rough-in measurement and had to return it. As I had not used it and had the box, the company was wonderful, providing a shipping label and a full refund. We had bought another one of these toilets for a bathroom where it did fit and it is a really good toilet. The height for us old folks was perfect.
Love the size of this toilet. The height makes it very easy to get up and down. The only downside is that it can take several flushes with very little tp in it, but that seems to be the case with all toilets now. Overall it is nice and well built.

It’s quite bulky and 99 pounds.Looks like it will fit perfectly in bathroom. I’m happy with the purchase. The plumber will put it in tomorrow.
The Los Flexi package was well packaged with no damage. Read and followed the directions to a point. I didn’t install the tank until bottom was in place. Also placed wax ring on floor and used a short 2×4 under the bottom to help balance and line up mounting bolts and not mess up wax ring. In a hour and half this 85 year old man alone had removed old and installed new and had it operating. Looks great. I’m impressed with the low amount water it uses to flush and clean bowl. So far it seems to be worth the price..
The toilet itself is big, beautiful, shiny, and smooth. The setup and install by the handyman was uncomplicated task.
A week of use has shown no issues.
Would recommend this brand products and would buy too in future.
