Our new one piece toilet looks great out of the box. The packing is a no nonsense protection capsule. I like that the seat is already installed saving some installation time. I’m so glad for the soft close lid, no more waking up my wife with the accidental seat slamming. I like that most of the components for installation are included, except for the hose to connect to water. The dual flush button is a great option. This elegant looking toilet brings a new modern element to our home. A beautiful addition to our master bathroom.
