We needed a compact toilet for a small half-bath we built in our detached workshop and this unit was perfect. It’s the second one-piece toilet we’ve installed and although they are pretty heavy, weighing in at about a hundred pounds, they are really easy and quick to install. Our installation was on vinyl laminate planks installed over concrete and it went right in. The unit mounts with no visible closet bolts, as they mount internally. The supplied closet bolts were easily tightened using a socket wrench with a 7/16″ deep well socket. Access is via a small hole in either side that gets covered with a matching plastic cover. It looks very modern and slick when completed. One of the closet bolts spun in the flange, however, we got tighter, so we had to switch to a ratcheting box wrench so we could hold the bolt with small vise grips. The supplied wax ring was a nice reinforced one, which we prefer. We did find that we absolutely had to tighten the closet bolts to get the unit to sit flat on the floor, but after tightening, it was rock solid, with no wobbling. We actually built the room with a 12 in. rough-in, but this unit does not look out of place even though it is designed for a 10 in rough-in. We had no access issues behind the toilet, but if this was against a wall with the 10 in rough-in, attaching the supply line would be tough. It’s a good idea to attach it before bolting the unit to the floor, to make it easier. Performance is paramount for a toilet and this unit works great. The siphoning action is strong and flush is thorough with both of the two flush settings. The unit is tall at 18″ which makes it easy to use. All in all, we’re very happy with this unit. It looks great and performs just as well. Definitely can recommend this unit.

The rough in is 11” – not 12” or 10” which are standard, so I had to find this out the hard way after trying to install a 12” rough in toilet first. Needless to say, that didn’t fit. So it took me awhile to find a good replacement but I’m so glad I took the time to research it correctly. I got this toilet in black, and I’m so glad I did, it looks stunning! And it fit! The one-piece design was perfect for my tiny bathroom as it takes up a much smaller footprint. I really needed the foot room. Oh, and the soft close lid is also a nice feature. Installation was straight forward this time with no issue, the clever design actually made installation much easier than I’d expected. Overall, I feel like I really pampered myself with this purchase!

Flushes masterfully and gets the job done!! Item arrived packaged PERFECTLY… no worries on breakage all necessary parts were included … other than a supply line from cut off valve. Instructions are straightforward. There is a toilet valve adapter connection on the toilet you may need to remove prior to install and would recommend connecting flexible toilet tube connect prior to install. The surround of the toilet is seamless and will make cleaning so much easier as walls of toilet cover those aggravating bolt covers that collect dust. It was tricky trying to align the flange bolts with the inset holes on a black toilet in confined space … put tape on floor out from bolts as a guide proved helpful.
