I picked this for my elderly mother-in-law’s bathroom because of the 18″ height making sitting and standing easier. While 10″ offset is less common the 12″, it turns out that there was no additional 2″ gap from tank to wall when it was installed. I should have had the plumber check the offset before installation. We had considered an offset flange to fix the anticipated gap but it wasn’t needed so check the distance from outlet to back of tank when you first unpack this. Speaking of packaging, it was comepletely surrounded by a molded foam cushion. I don’t like the disposal issue but the protection in shipping would be hard to beat. The tank really is slender and the fill and flush valve are a bit crowded into the space but the appearance created is good. Being one piece, the cleaning will be easier than before. The 2-flush feature works well and the size difference of the flush actuators is clever. The smooth sides is another appearance and cleaning plus. The access holes for tightening the flange bolts are the largest I have ever seen. The cover attachment is clever and functions well. All in all, this is an attractive, functional unit.

**** Overall, I would recommend this product; has a graceful, easy to clean design and the close to the wall solves a ‘Seat Won’t Stay Up’ problem we’ve put up with for years

… Overall it has a wonderful graceful look
… There are a lot fewer nooks and crannies to keep clean
… Has a 2-level flush control (a water saving one for number ones and another more powerful for number twos)
… It has a narrower tank that gives it more wall clearance if for some reason the wall has grown thicker over the years (perhaps extra thick tile was added)
… The seat can’t slam down (it’s self closing) and is absolutely quiet
… The seat comes off easily to make cleaning easier (there are large button spring releases accessible from the top)
… The one piece construction has one less place to leak
… There is a single bowl filling jet that should give better long term performance (less likely to silt over)

… The one piece construction makes it heavy compared to a traditional 2 piece design (I suggest having a burly helper nearby)
… Due to the flowing, graceful design, you can’t directly see the floor bolts during installation but you can if you bend down close
The toilet arrived in perfect condition with no cracks or damage. The finish is smooth, the white color looks clean, and the overall design is modern and compact, exactly as described. Dual flush is a great option. It’s a nice choice for smaller bathrooms, but be sure to confirm it will work with your existing plumbing and available space. Other than the seat, I think it’s a solid, stylish toilet and a good upgrade overall.
We installed this and a Horow and like them Both! Remember, this is a 10″ rough in but the 12″ rough in is just as super compact for tight spaces. We couldn’t shut the door of a bathroom with an older toilet and these new compact ones allowed us to finally be able to shut the door without hitting the toilet seat! I worried that the elongated toilet seat would be hard to replace, but we found replacements online. But, it may last 16 years before needing to do so. VERY HEAVY TOILET. BOX WAS SUPER SUPER HEAVY! We just got our new comfort height toilet and we enjoy the extra height of it compared to regular height The toilet comes with everything you need for the install, like a new wax ring , mounting hardware and a beautiful slow close lid to top it all off
You will like the 2 options for flushing as well since it has 2 push points for flushing so will save even more water usage , so in the long run you use less water.
