The fit and finish of the user exposed surfaces are clean and as expected. The center hole was cut prior to the final firing. This is evident as the glaze smoothness. This is a nice sink. The chrome over fill drain is a nice touch.
Super good quality and seems durable for longevity. Well packaged for shipping. Very convenient to drop in over existing vanity cabinet. Great quality, and too deep bowl. Solid sink, and plenty of flat space for sitting all your items around it. Certainly recommend!
Easy install id you know your stuff a bit (SAHM did it myself), worth the wait for shipping. Solid product with good drain flows and lightweight. Easy to clean and has yet to get stained by our 3 messy farm kids.
I wanted to replace my old bathroom sink, which had gotten stained and discolored, but I didn’t want to replace the vanity top. Unfortunately, the sink was an integral part of the vanity top; it was not originally a drop in, so I had to cut an opening into the vanity top which was made of cultured marble. I used an angle grinder with a continuous rim diamond blade and wore PPE. I had no experience with this, so I was unprepared for the huge mess made by so much powdery dust. My results were not perfect, but they turned out OK. A template is enclosed with the sink if it is necessary to create an opening in the vanity top, as I had to do. I had first disconnected the drain pipe and the faucets, then I removed the sink and took a picture. The really nice thing about a drop-in sink is that you can attach the faucets and the top end of the cold and hot water attachments and also attach the drain pipe before you put the sink in. Access is so much easier like this, compared to having to get inside the vanity and under the sink to make these connections. I could easily reach the incoming pipes to attach the cold and hot water hoses without having to actually get in the vanity. It was an even easier reach to attach the drain pipe to the P-trap. I am now a big fan of installing the drop-in type of sink. I still need to put white caulk around the sink at the backsplash area, but I am very pleased with how well it is functioning and with how it looks. See the second picture. It is larger than my previous sink, and it looks so good! I am very pleased. I’m an old lady, so if I can do this, anybody can do it.
