I’ve always wanted to try one of these bidet toilets out. Personally, I usually avoid changing toilets out since something always usually goes wrong and during the initial installation and fitting of this unit I discovered my original supply line was too close to the flange and I couldn’t get it set properly without cutting and moving the supply line over. Once that was done I was able to set the toilet onto the flange with the new wax ring. The best part about this unit is that every single item that you’d need was included. The flange, sealing ring, and mounting hardware was all there so if you’re doing a new construction build or a remodel you don’t have to shop for any other potential parts. Concerning the sprayer/bidet features, I won’t go into detail, but each is controlled by the knob on the back right on the unit. Just twist clockwise/counterclockwise to adjust the sprayer positions. The flush valve is either on the left hand rear side or you can use the foot valve button, this feature in itself I think is genius. Now this unit is tankless, so no water is stored and then flushed into it, but I’ve seen no issues so far. Overall I’m fairly happy with it and was impressed with the quality of construction and the porcelain finish as well. I’m planning to add a thermostatic mixing valve and install tees off the hot and cold water supply lines in the basement under the bathroom next, that way there’s warm water instead of cold. The best possible change/upgrade I’d make for this product would be to include a mixing valve with the kit in the future.

Good looking toilet with a strong flush, but definitely do your homework before buying. The biggest thing to know is that installation was about three times harder than installing a standard toilet. If you’ve installed a few toilets before, it’s manageable, but this is definitely not a simple swap. I got the 12-inch rough-in model, and it fit my setup well. It doesn’t sit completely against the wall, so I think you could probably make it work with an 11-inch rough-in, but you’d start getting tight on the water supply connection. One thing I didn’t like is that the water connection is inside the toilet instead of underneath it, so it’s much harder to get to during installation. Your water supply also needs to be in a pretty specific location. The manual calls for it to be about 10 inches left or right of center and about 10 inches above the finished floor. Measure both your rough-in and your water supply before ordering. If either one is off, you may end up moving plumbing like I did. The instructions weren’t great. I found a couple of installation videos online that were much more helpful. It does come with everything you’d expect, including the wax ring and mounting hardware. Now that it’s installed, I really like it. It has a clean, modern look and is much nicer than adding a bidet seat onto a regular toilet. The flush is strong, and the bidet works well. It also has a bit of a cool factor, if you can say that about a toilet. For the price, I think it’s a good value. I wouldn’t say I was blown away by it, but I’m definitely not disappointed.
