It is sleek and flushes really well using less water. However ours was missing the flush button but the company is sending us one . Only thing to consider is if you need to change the toilet seat it isn’t easy to access due to the design but the design is so much nicer than the old toilets and gives you extra room which is so nice in a smaller bathroom.
Super easy to install
Met all my expectations and very good build quality. This is the first toilet I’ve had with the dual flush mode and I have got to say that I love it! Great water conservation with the smaller flush button and full flushing power with the larger one. Installation was very easy and it included a new wax ring! Also included toilet seat. I’m very pleased with this toilet and I highly recommend!
Toilet is well made and has everything needed for mounting included in the box, including wax ring, bolts, seat, etc. The toilet is a nice height but still relatively compact with the one-piece design. Note because of the 1-piece design it’s pretty heavy and unless you’re pretty adept, you should probably get help with moving it into place. Installation is similar to any other toilet, so if you’ve done it before it is quick and easy. the dual flush saves water, which is always a nice benefit. Finish is very nice and the flush mechanism looks good. Hopefully it lasts a long time.
We’ve installed several one piece toilets in the last few years and there’s no question that they’ll soon become the standard. The primary advantages are ease of exterior cleaning, nicer appearance, and no chance of leakage at the tank/bowl. This one uses standard flush parts (a good thing for eventual repairs). It’s more petite than any we’ve seen, with a clean, almost deco-period look. This is perfect for the small, 1925 apartment bath that we’re renovating, and the round bowl looks more original to the period. We think the bowl shape also adds to flush performance, because this thing scores excellent on a third party MaP flush performance test, attaining 800 grams. (Anything between 600 and 1000 is highly recommended.) That’s superb for a toilet at this price point, and I think the round bowl makes it more efficient than elongated. It uses 1 or 1.28 gallons per flush and does a good job swirling flush water throughout the bowl. There’s a concession with the “pond” diameter in the bowl, which is smaller than common U.S. fixtures (see pic), but flush performance makes up for it. Casting and glaze are good, with no obvious defects or blemishes. Installation is straightforward, with the caveat that one-piece toilets are heavier to set and difficult to align over the flange bolts. They can also present problems with supply hookup because the common stop valve location aligns at or inside of this model’s side wall (see pic). We’re replacing corroded galvanized supply lines, so it was no problem to set the new valve out a few inches. But if your valve protrudes from the wall at all, you may have problems operating it. I suggest installing the flex line to the toilet before setting it, because it’s hard to see/access once in position. All in all, we’re really pleased with this Los Flexi brand, and will likely choose it for the building’s other bath refreshes.
