Now this thing is a fancy toilet. I didn’t realize a toilet could be so fancy. It does take a power hookup. It took a little longer than normal to install but was definitely worth it.
The Losi flexi smart compact toilet is amazing! The toilet of the future! The toilet has so many functions that creates excitement with something that is used on a daily basis. The handsfree toilet seat that opens when you walk into the bathroom shocks guests. The tankless design ensures the toilet does not take unnecessary space in your bathroom. The highlight feature makes using the restroom at night a plus!
The LosFlexi LFE81-E Smart Toilet is the first bidet to own/use and I’ve always heard that once you go bidet you never go back…. Well I would have to agree! It took some time and setting adjustments but is working great! The water pressure is perfect for getting everything nice and clean. The remote features a pre-set for 2 people, so I have mine set and my husband has his set. Works great for us. We mounted our remote directly above the t.p. holder to add to the nice clean look the toilet gives. I must say, I love this toilet and definitely recommend! I bet our septic will last longer as well!
The toilet is very beautiful. Removed a basic contractor toilet. I always wanted a bidet and I put a heated seat on my wishlist due to an issue with a freezing water closet at a rented home. This toilet checks the boxes and provides additional options I didn’t know I wanted. Design lines are very smooth and seamless. No curvy lines and grooves on the the lower regions and backside which were always annoying to clean. No inner lip at the top of the bowl that can harbor stains and be tricky to sanitize. The automatic soft open and close seat is nice. Be prepared for it to open upon entering the water closet. You get a half flush or full flush option. The seat closes and the bowl flushes automatically when you move away from the toilet. You can operate the bidet option from the front or back (male or female) parts. The water is warm and the water temperature can be adjusted for preference. There is also an automatic adjustment for seat temperature based on the room temp. There are two settings to save for two users. There is a dryer with a heated air option. Honestly, I am still working through all of the remote control possibilities and options. There are many and I am still in the learning/discovery phase.
Install: you need an electrical outlet near the toilet to plug in the electrical cord to operate the heater/light/auto flush functions. There is a backup battery pack for power outages (see the black box dangling from the right side of the unit). Could it have at least been the same color as the toilet? The cut out plaster in my photos are the result of wiring for the new outlet. I anticipated this and will repair and repaint the walls. However, I did not anticipate having to move the water connection on the rear left of the toilet. My basic white toilet was narrower near the connector. The wider (tankless) smart toilet necessitated removing more plaster to move the water connector and made more mess and expense than I anticipated. This is one reason for the four star review. Please consider this before ordering so you are prepared for all of the adjustments for the install. I am going to work on some options to place a cover over this area (after the walls are replastered). I’ll post a photo when this is complete.
All in all, I really like this toilet. I’ve got my bidet options with warm water, heated seat, auto flush, auto seat open and close and night light. It’s very beautiful and has so many practical functions. Even my husband is impressed and he thought I was being extra. Read through the user manual for more details on the settings. There are more options than I can list here! Get this smart toilet. You’ll be glad you did.
This is a really cool toilet. Has definitely changed the bathroom experience in our house. Make sure that your water inlet is off-center of the toilet itself by approx. 11 inches. If it’s not, you’ll have to move it as it will bump into back of the toilet since it sits almost flush with the wall. Now, having said all that, once the toilet was installed and plugged in, it’s been GREAT! The remote is magnetically held to the mount, so it’s not a hassle to pick it up and put it down. It doesn’t come with the AAA batteries it needs to operate though, so make sure you have some of those when you purchase this. But it’s loaded with options. It controls everything from the seat temperature to the position of the cleaning nozzles. As a man, I love the option of having it raise the seat for me by putting my foot by the base. And the bidet features are just amazing as well. The water is heated, as is the air that comes out to dry you off afterwards. The nightlight is great for those late night trips as well. This has got all the features I was hoping for, plus some that I didn’t expect to love.

1. Once the old toilet was removed, installation took about 2.5 hours.
2. The hidden design creates some challenges in installation. The toilet is held in place by two plastic L-shaped blockers that slip into holes beneath the toilet. And these only exist at the back of the toilet. The front has no braces. The installer found this design to be a bit lacking in terms of stability. Also, there’s no way to tighten these down. This means that if your bathroom floor is not 100% flat, the toilet could wobble and there’s no way to adjust it via these braces.
3. Make sure that your water inlet is off-center of the toilet itself by approx. 11 inches. If it’s not, you’ll have to move it as it will bump into back of the toilet since it sits almost flush with the wall.
