I didn’t realize what I was missing in my life! I love this smart toilet! My favorite part is that the seat is heated and the touchless flush! I also really like that it has a battery back up flush. I love the sleek modern design as well. Hands down best toilet I’ve ever owned.
I love the sleek design and elegance of this toilet. Color and finishing are super high quality. I gave it 4 stars because i dont like the idea of plugging in my toilet. I dont know mybe it is just a new thing that i am not used to yet. But overall highly recomend.
We are very happy with the toilet. My favorite feature so far is the self clean nozzle, as a mom that hates cleaning the toilet. The warm seat will be appreciated come the cold months. I will say prior to buying this toilet make sure your electrical outlet is close enough for the power cord. Also, measure your space you are placing this toilet as it sat further into the space than our last toilet. Overall, happy and would suggest.
We installed the Los Flexi E5 Smart Toilet about a month ago and we’re never going back to a standard toilet again!
The installation was straight forward and easy to follow with the provided instructions. Because of our original setup, we did have to run electric and rework plumbing so fittings lined up, which my husband was able to do himself.
The toilet comes with a remote, which includes a wall holder that is adhered with an adhesive strip. All settings can be adjusted using the remote, including water and seat temperature, bidet features, lighting, flushing, drying, etc.
The toilet lid opens automatically as you approach it and behind a slow flush once you sit down. We installed the toilet almost a month ago and it has stayed clean the entire time! This feature definitely helps.
I underestimated how much I would love the heated seat. Both the seat and water temperatures come in three options that can be controlled with the remote. Prior to using the bidet features, it drains the cold water in the line so the water is warmed up and ready for use. The pressure can also be adjusted. This would have been excellent to have postpartum!
The nightlight can be turned on or off, but there is still a faint blue light in the bowl to make the toilet easy to see at nighttime. The nightlight is bright enough so you can see the remote, but not so bright that it will wake you up.
While the drying feature is a nice perk, it could be stronger. If you’re in a hurry, it probably won’t get the job done. However, it is still a nice feature to have and use if you have a few extra minutes to spare.
Overall, I highly recommend this toilet!
We have been pleasantly surprised by the Los Flexi E5. The bidet is packed with all the expected features of a smart bidet in this price bracket. It has a few shortcomings, but overall we’re very happy with it.

Installation:
The toilet was very well packaged, and can easily be shipped to your home. I was pleasantly surprised that it comes with all of the parts you may or may not need to install, including a dual supply, shut off valve, a toilet flange and a wax ring if you already have power and the correctly positioned water supply, installation is painless.
Use:
My partner and I have been enthused by the diverse features the E5 offers and I strongly appreciate a clear user manual that instructions me how to disable any of the features. I don’t like it is also particularly quiet to flush, though it does like to beep when you change settings, which offsets how quiet it could be.
Dislikes:
The dry function is pleasant, but not very effective. The auto opening is easily configurable, but does make the toilet sound cheap due to a noisy servo motor… Some sound insulation could go a long way for this. I would also like if the remote had a place to be stored directly on the bidet.

To start out, this is a nice upgrade compared to a seat bidet added to a standard toilet. From the more sleek design loosing the bulky seat and tank just makes it look better and cleaner this toilet features night lights that make it nice to go to the bathroom at night without the need to use the regular lights and getting that flash of brightness that makes it harder to find your way back to the bedroom, lol. Another feature included is the bidet that has good temperature control but could use a little more pressure in my opinion. It still works good. Another thing I like about this toilet is the pre flush that pre wets the bowl when you sit down and the swirling flush after you stand up from conducting your buisness. That really seems to do a good job of cleaning the bowl when it flushes.
