For starters, this is a nice sink. I love how simple and easy to clean it is and the rectangular basin is very nice. The basin is a touch shallow compared to a lot of sinks, but it’s width makes up for that nicely in terms of splashing. The little chrome decoration on the overflow hole is easily removable (just pull it out with your finger) if you don’t like it and they have beveled the ceramic around the overflow drain hole so it looks nice without the decoration especially if your fixtures arn’t chrome. Either the sink was a touch out of flat or my countertop was, but not so far out as to be a bother when installing, the silicone caulk was plenty to get it lying flat. Really, if you like the simple, flat, easy to clean look of this sink it’s a great drop in sink. My only complaint is where the overflow drain is placed, most sinks put it on the opposite side of the sink bowl where you wouldn’t see it unless you leaned over the sink. On the upside, it’s likely easier to clean and less likely to clog, but it is an odd choice I think.
