This was an amazing delivery and packing job. The quality of packing was above and beyond. The lower height seat is perfect for short people. We are 5’2″ and 5’5″ and our feet are flat on the floor. GAME CHANGER!!! We love the design, and install of this beauty. I can’t believe I have so much passion about a toilet. Nothing is visible either. Very sleek. Extremely satsified.
The toilet comes with everything you need to replace a old toilet and the parts that come with it seem to be decent quality. The toilets wide base mayday make it extremely difficult to install if the toilet is located in a tight area. Lucky i had enough room but any narrower and I would recommend a standard toilet base model.
